MISSISSI provides a lifetime workmanship warranty for manufacturing defects.

Warranty Service

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our service center. Once a warranty repair is approved and completed, MISSISSI will arrange return shipping.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in the craftsmanship of your MISSISSI piece.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, misuse, third-party alterations, or damage caused by improper care.
