How It Works
1. Share your starting point
Send a photo, product link or description, together with your budget and currency, ring size if known, and delivery country. Include your preferred date if you have one.
2. Review the possibilities
We review your request and confirm feasible options, specifications, pricing and estimated preparation time before you order. Stone documentation is confirmed for the selected piece.
3. Confirm and create
Review your final order details before production begins. The finished piece is inspected before dispatch.
Before You Order
Timing: Standard preparation is estimated at 15 business days before dispatch. Transit takes additional time. Ask us to check your preferred date before ordering.
Delivery: Complimentary standard shipping is available to destinations offered at checkout. Import duties and local taxes are additional unless checkout states otherwise.
Custom orders: Customized pieces are not eligible for non-quality returns where permitted by law. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights. Read our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy before ordering.
