A yellow marquise ring with pear-shaped petals brings together two distinct lines: the length of the center diamond and the outward sweep of the surrounding stones. In MISSISSI Citron Marquise Ballet, a 9 ct yellow lab-grown diamond sits between six white pear-shaped lab-grown diamonds, with three petals on each side. Double-row round pavé continues along the shoulders.
For a buyer, the important question is how those elements work together on the hand. The center's color, the width of the floral arrangement and the setting profile deserve to be considered as one composition.
Start with the six-petal arrangement
The marquise runs north–south along the finger. The pear accents extend to either side, creating individually defined petals rather than a continuous halo. That gives the ring both length and lateral detail; judging it only from the center diamond's dimensions would miss part of its shape.
Ask to see the complete top view and a three-quarter view together. In the top view, consider the spacing and balance of all six petals. The angled view should help you understand how the floral section meets the pavé shoulders. The round pavé diamonds are also lab-grown; their count and combined weight are not stated in the current listing.
Separate center weight from the whole ring
The 9 ct specification belongs to the yellow marquise center. The pear and pavé diamonds are additional, and their weights are confirmed separately before manufacturing. A finished total carat weight is not currently quoted.
Carat is a measure of weight, as GIA explains in its carat guide. To understand this ring's scale, request the selected center's length and width, then the finished floral section's overall dimensions. Those measurements answer different questions: how the center is proportioned, and how much space the complete ring occupies.

Review yellow color and the actual center
Citron Marquise Ballet specifies yellow color and VVS clarity. A particular Fancy intensity grade is not promised, and the gallery's yellow color is illustrative. If you have a specific shade in mind, discuss it before ordering and ask what images or video can be provided for the selected stone.
Shape deserves the same attention. GIA's marquise buying guide highlights balanced outlines and the bow-tie shadow that can appear across a marquise's center. Review the stone face-up and in motion under ordinary lighting, looking at the curved sides, alignment of the two points and whether the central contrast appeals to you. A design rendering cannot establish those qualities for an individual diamond.
Look at the setting from the side
The center setting uses two V-shaped tip protectors and four side claws. GIA identifies a marquise's points as vulnerable areas, so the detail around both ends matters. Review the complete setting rather than treating the presence of V-shaped tips as a guarantee against damage.
For fit, ask for the setting height and the floral section's width in your chosen ring size. If you intend to wear a wedding band beside it, show that band to the Jewelry Concierge and discuss clearance. A front-facing visualization alone does not confirm whether two rings will sit together as you want.

Choose the metal and order details together
The available options are 14K yellow gold, 14K white gold, 18K yellow gold, 18K white gold and PT950 platinum. The gallery shows yellow gold; the selected metal is used throughout the ring. Sizes run from US 4 to 11, including half sizes.
At our 11 October 2026 review, the listed starting price was US$4,868.50. Confirm the price of your selected configuration and any requested changes before ordering. The ring is made to order, with an estimated 15 business days of preparation before dispatch and additional transit time. If it is for a proposal or anniversary, confirm the required arrival date first.
Two questions worth settling before purchase
Is a grading report included?
Report availability must be confirmed for the selected center. The design images do not represent a particular laboratory, report number or allocated diamond.
Can the petals or ring size be adjusted?
Discuss the request before ordering. Feasibility, price and preparation time require confirmation; do not assume a design change is included in the listed price.
To begin, send your preferred metal, ring size and yellow-color reference to the MISSISSI Jewelry Concierge. Ask to confirm the center, accent specifications and complete ring dimensions together, so the floral composition can be considered as a whole.
