Return Window & Conditions
- Quality Issues: If the item has any manufacturing defects, quality issues, or if you receive the wrong item, we support returns and refunds within 30 days from the date you receive the item.
- Non-Quality Issues: Due to the specialty of custom products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are strictly not supported for non-quality issues (such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences).
Shipping Costs
- Returns for Quality Issues: Once verified as a product quality issue, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
- Special Note: Please be sure to confirm with our customer service before sending it back. Do not return the package on your own, or it will be rejected.
Return Process

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund is approved, the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on the processing speed of your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
