Diamond Details and Documentation

Both diamonds in this design are lab-grown. E color and VVS clarity are sourcing targets for the selected stones, rather than a grading statement for an already completed necklace. The actual stones, final carat weights and pendant proportions are confirmed before production.

A grading report or certificate is not automatically included. If documentation is important to your purchase, ask the Jewelry Concierge to confirm which reports are available for the selected diamonds and whether they are included before you order.

Production, Shipping and Returns

Allow an estimated 15 business days for preparation before dispatch, plus delivery time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If you need your piece for a particular occasion, ask the Jewelry Concierge to review your deadline before you purchase.

Return eligibility depends on your order. Made-to-order status alone does not remove ordinary return eligibility. Pieces made to your specifications, resized for you, engraved, personalized or otherwise customized are excluded from non-quality returns where the law permits.
